The clear horizontal and vertical lines that are very obvious in the contours of the base and comfortable cushions, characterize the sofa. The sofa is a prime example of Piero Lissoni's design principle never to design for a specific function or purpose - but to design for human beings. You also sense his great admiration for the designs of Poul Kjaerholm and Arne Jacobsen and their ability to be ahead of time.
